Blum opens the doors to a bigger, bolder design playground

With an increase in floor area from 324sqm to 482sqm, Blum’s Auckland showroom has undergone a significant transformation — giving designers, cabinetmakers and clients an immersive space to experience Blum innovation in action. This isn’t just a display of hardware. It’s a place to see, touch and explore the possibilities of modern kitchen and home design.

At the heart of the new showroom is a state-of-the-art kitchen, designed to demonstrate how innovation from Europe can elevate everyday living. The hero feature is the new half-height REVEGO pocket door system, a clever and elegant way to screen off a bar, wine storage or secondary work area. Although this addition to the REVEGO range won’t officially launch in New Zealand until 2026, visitors can get a sneak preview now. Its slim profile and architectural versatility make it a natural fit for both high-end residential and commercial projects — a solution designed to integrate seamlessly into modern layouts.

Blum’s vision for this space extends far beyond the kitchen. Reflecting contemporary thinking around storage, the showroom reimagines how hardware can shape bathrooms, bedrooms, laundries, living rooms and workspaces. One standout display is a bespoke couch incorporating Blum products to facilitate wine storage — a playful yet practical demonstration of how clever design meets everyday living. This concept was first unveiled at Blum’s Christchurch showroom, and its arrival in Auckland gives designers and specifiers the chance to see how these kinds of ideas can come to life through smart integration.

In addition to showcasing products, the expanded showroom has been conceived as a collaborative workspace. Designers can bring their clients in for hands-on demonstrations, installers can familiarise themselves with new products, and kitchen designs can be brought to life with 1:1 mock-ups, allowing clients to walk through and experience a concept in real time.

The environment is deliberately welcoming. Visitors are encouraged to gather around the table over a flat white, linger as long as needed, and work through design ideas without rush. It’s a space that champions time, conversation and craftsmanship as much as it does technology.

Blum’s expanded Auckland showroom is now open — a destination designed to inspire and support the creative process from first concept to final detail. Visit, have a coffee, explore the innovation, and bring your next project to life.
